1. The service

We provide SEO analytics: site crawling, technical audits, reports, recommendations and AI-assisted explanations built on the data sources you connect.

The service is delivered as software over the internet and evolves: features may be added, changed or removed.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account.

You must have the right to analyse the websites and to connect the data sources you add.

3. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period. Unused days are not refunded unless required by law.

Plan limits (pages per crawl, AI credits and similar) are shown in the interface and may be adjusted with notice.

4. Trial

A trial period, when offered, gives access to paid features for a limited time and may be ended or changed at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to attack, overload or scrape sites you do not have the right to analyse.

Do not resell access, bypass plan limits, or attempt to break the security of the service.

6. Third-party services

The service relies on Google, Yandex and AI providers. Their availability, limits and terms are outside our control, and interruptions on their side may affect features.

7. Your data and our software

Your data stays yours. You grant us the right to process it to provide the service.

The software, interface and texts of the service belong to us and may not be copied or resold.

8. Disclaimers

Recommendations are analytics, not a guarantee of positions, traffic or revenue: search engines change their rules independently of us.

The service is provided «as is» without warranties beyond those required by law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or harms other users, with notice where possible.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use means acceptance.

The applicable law and the venue for disputes are those of the country where the company is registered.
